چکیده
Abstract Background Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) is a multidisciplinary, comprehensive, exercise-based intervention strongly recommended by current guidelines to improve symptoms and quality of life reduce cardiovascular adverse outcomes, mainly in patients with coronary artery disease heart failure. CR activities have not been reported on Swiss national base so far. Purpose To report outcome variables from base. Methods As part the working group for prevention, rehabilitation, sports cardiology (SCPRS) standards, all centres provide yearly indicator an online questionnaire. Annual data 2010 2019 were transferred as medians or means individual patients' each centre. We used t-Student test compare changes between entry exit programme. Results A total 133,060 included (68,690 inpatients 64,370 outpatients) progressive increase reaching its climax 14'909 patients/year 2018. Mean age ± standard deviation (SD) outpatient inpatient programmes was 60±1 68±1 years, women percentage 21% 32%, respectively. The most common indication acute syndrome (51%) outpatient, whereas surgery various types (60%) main programmes. improvement SD functional capacity 38% ±3.6 using six-minute walk (p<0.001) ±2 cycle-ergometer maximal exercise testing (p<0.001). Quality assessed 12-item Short Form Survey (SF-12) improved 13% ±4.5. MacNew Heart questionnaire systematically performed showed significant at emotional level 12% ±0.4, physical 30% ±0.9, social 18% ±0.6. Conclusion Even if still underutilised certain groups such failure, has gained growing importance Switzerland during last decade. Functional capacity, well life, significantly improved. Individual patient should be collected future assessment parameters benchmarking centres. Funding Acknowledgement Type funding sources: None.

Recent advances in the polymerization of butadiene over the last decade
The stereospecific polymerization of conjugated dienes began in 1954 with the first catalysts obtained by combining TiCl4 or TiCl3 with aluminum-alkyls, i.e. the catalytic systems previously employed for ethylene and propylene polymerizations. Subsequently, many other catalytic systems were obtained and examined by a combination of transition metal or lanthanide compounds with appropriate alkyl...
متن کاملTotal ankle arthroplasty versus ankle arthrodesis—a comparison of outcomes over the last decade
BACKGROUND The surgical treatment of end-stage tibiotalar arthritis continues to be a controversial topic. Advances in surgical technique and implant design have lead to improved outcomes after both ankle arthrodesis (AA) and total ankle arthroplasty (TAA), yet a clear consensus regarding the most ideal form of treatment is lacking. In this study, the outcomes and complications following AA and...

15 صفحه اولZebrafish and motor control over the last decade.
The combination of transparency and accessible genetics is making zebrafish an increasingly important model in studies of motor control. Much of the work on the model has been done over the past decade. Here we review some of the highlights of this work that serve to reveal both the power of the model and its prospects for providing important future insights into the links between neural networ...
